US Hwy 14 through Big Horn Mts

It depends but highly likely. I went through the Bighorns July 8-9,2011 and had to drive over snowdrifts to get into Porcupine CG which officially opened the next day. So much snow at the Medicine Wheel I could not hike to see it. The elevation up there is close to 10,000 feet most places.

Agree about 14A, especially the West side, unless you are quite familiar with mountain driving. It's a real bear going up or down. I've done both.
