I many times have voiced concern due to inexperienced drivers (as we learned when living in Estes Park, CO) coming against you and taking their half out of the middle. Let's see - it is two lane, little to no shoulder, no guard rail and straight down both sides --- and someone coming against you taking a third of your lane.
My suggestion - assuming you are going at at slower / cautious speed is to simply stop in your lane - right in the center of it. They will have room to pass safely and you just have to force them to do it.
DO NOT try to move over way to the right; not a good plan.
Hopefully you will not run in to people like that and the odds are in your favor.
