I've towed a couple different TT's on those roads over the years. 14 was closed for awhile so you had to use 143. That said as I recall it has a sign saying TT's aren't recommended. I don't remember any curve type issues but it's fairly steep. I didn't have any issues but I was using a 2011 Ram diesel and only towing 8k. You see all sorts of RV's on 14 and I've never seen any seeming to struggle.
We love camping at Cedar Breaks in the summer. Keep in mind that the campground is somewhere around 10,000 feet in elevation so the season for use is fairly short and it is pretty cool climate wise, especially when you consider how hot it is just a few miles away in Zion national park.
If you wander off onto the dirt roads in the general area there are some lava tubes you can explore as I recall, and you can hike on a trail for half a mile or so and see where the Virgin river comes out of the side of the mountain prior to flowing down through Zion. There are also several nice forest service campgrounds in the area.
Have fun
