Chiricahua NM in southeast AZ is a good spot if you haven't been there before, FT Apache is in that area too. The area is loaded with history. Lots of campsites in the area and in the park if you have a smaller RV. I'd mainly stay in AZ this time of the year but you can expect CG to be filled with snowbirds. Utah really depends on the weather, could be nice one day and a blizzard the next.
