Stayed in parking lot in icefields visitor center overnight. If you have time that is worth the stop nice scenery between Jasper and lake Louise particularly around the Athabasca glacier. Did 4 nights between Lake Louise and Banff. A lot to see. If you are going in July remember the Calgary Stampede brings in a lot of RV's and they book your route to and from, making reservations hard to find. I had to book some in January for July and got dry camp cancellations for some and overflow in Lake Louise.
Thanks Dave! What campground did you stay at in Jasper? And also what sort of touring did you do in Clearwater? I've been watching the campgrounds and I'm intending to reserve sites tomorrow. Theres not many left haha
