From Victor, ID you want to take route 31 to route 26 to join route 89 at Alpine. Don't even consider going over the Teton Pass to Jackson - 10% grades plus switchbacks.

Route 89 all the way to Garden City on Bear Lake is an easy drive. There is a mile or two of 7% grade going up out of Garden City. It's an easy descent from there to Logan. The section between Garden City and Logan is the Logan Canyon Scenic Byway. A very pretty drive.

Drove 89 from just north of SLC to Jackson, WY a couple years ago with a 27' TT. Pretty drive, no bad areas I recall. It would be a pretty drive this time of year.
