Visa & Wal Mart
They just announced that on July 18, Wal Mart Canada will phase in non acceptance of Visa! Guess they were squabbling about the merchant fee.

don't know about all of this but the process is the chip in usa credit cards and NEXT year all will require a pin and not a signature.
