Wal Mart's Super Tech DEF?

I've used it or pump DEF and there's no difference. Both are API certified which is all the manual requires.

$7.88 for 2.5 gallons isn't bad. Not as cheap as the pump, but the cheapest I've found otherwise.

It's all the same stuff

I have to use it the vast majority of the time because I can so seldom find it at the pumps. No difference to me.

I was going to buy some but the seals were all undone under the caps so I bought some Peak DEF instead.

On the one hand, the recipe for DEF is fixed in the law like no other product. The result is that one brand is identical to the next. No "secret ingredients" or "special sauce" is allowed.

On the other hand, some retailers have fallen prey to disreputable customers buying a jug, filling their truck, putting tap water back in the jug, then returning it for refund, with the result that when you go to the store, you need to check that the container still has intact factory seals, and if it does not, don't buy that one.

Other than that caveat, buy the cheapest you can find; it is all the same. Really.

I can't imagine many people would try pulling that over an $8 jug of DEF.
