Tech support

When I try to log in I put my username and password then hit enter.   I then get a red bar that states I don't have sufficient privileges to proceed.   I then have two options go back or login to original page.  I hit login to original page and all is good.   What am I doing wrong? 

  • I haven't seen this before. Maybe Community Alumni knows what to do about this.

    And as much as I hate this suggestion, try clearing your cache and cookies. This just got easier in the latest versions of Chrome. 

    Click Tune in the address bar and then Cookies and site data. Then click Manage cookies and site data to see the settings and click the trash can icon on the right to delete the cookies and clear the cache for GoodSam.com.

  • Well I have had no problems logging in or staying logged in.  My good luck. All is good.

  • They refused to answer the same question I posted to their Contact Us page. I figured out on my own that if you have a goodsam account, login with your email and password for that. It appears all of my RV.net posts migrated to that login.

      Hey missnmountains

      We are trying to get to and fix as many issues as we can as fast as we can. We are not refusing to answer your questions. If you have a specific question you can always message us directly. Much easier for us to see and doesn't get lost in the community.
