Visa & Wal Mart
They just announced that on July 18, Wal Mart Canada will phase in non acceptance of Visa! Guess they were squabbling about the merchant fee.

Just about every store in the Montreal area (at least all the ones we shop at) use chip cards and require a PIN number or they cannot process the transaction. The only exceptions are the flash chip cards.
