If you haven't already done so, set up a Uber and Lyft account. They would be great at a place like DC because you can do short rides for $6 to $10. You could find a place to park the RV and take Uber or Lyft to get around. The cost of the rides are probably cheaper than parking. And they can drop you off and pick you up right in front of where ever you want to go. I just recently started using them myself, but they work great. We took one from a Hotel in Orlando all the way out to Port Canaveral to a cruise ship. The Cruise company wanted $75 for 2 passengers on their crowded bus on their schedule. The Lyft cost me $80 including tip and we left when we wanted to leave. Same thing on the way back. Our friends who took the bus got off the ship and waited an hour and a half for their scheduled bus ride. We got off and were in a Lyft car in 10 minutes.
