From the west (Vancouver) WA14 crosses Cape Horn, with some grades, and views that might make flatlander copilots quake. To the east WA14 is a 2 lane highway winding along the shore of a big river. The Hood River bridge is longer, and just as narrow. WA14 has some good views of the mountains above the Oregon side of the river.
