It sounds like this will be a day trip for your Aunt- if you decide to leave the moho elsewhere, you might consider using the Old Columbia River Highway from Troutdale to near Cascade Locks. That's the route I always used when I used to take my Mother for a day jaunt from her home in Wilsonville, and she really loved the scenery!
