watch your speed on I-15

I'll be in the minority here, but I think it's about time Cal started enforcing its speed limits. Just yesterday my brother, starting at 8am, drove his truck (not towing) south on l15 starting in Apple Valley. This includes the stretch of Cajon Pass where ongoing construction is occurring. Speed limits are reduced to 60 with warnings posted that fines will be doubled. He had his cruise control set on 78 the entire way & was still being routinely passed. I came up from the Temecula area to meet him in Redlands. Most of my freeway driving was on the 10. I always try to drive the posted speed limit. Doing so in the right lane, I kept having cars come roaring up on me to get around traffic in the left lanes. That is just not safe. Sure wish the CHP would enforce the posted speed limits.
