For the past few years, the snow has been staying to the east and south.Washington DC has gotten more snow than south central Pa. I would also do the I-78 to 81.Then get back on 95 either by taking I-64 and get on at Richmond or I-77 to I 26 and get back on in South Carolina. I have pulled around Baltimore-Washington several times but won't do it again.Yes, this route is a little longer but less stressful.
