I'd take 288 to the Holcombe exit, cross Holcombe and turn right on Old Spanish Trail (commonly known as "OST", even on signs). It's a good road - especially on Sunday morning.

Yes, We'll be going to the "Mother Ship" Memorial Hermann hospital located on Main St
But our first stop will be to check in at our lodging which is located on Old Spanish Trail
