Be sure to check the exchange rate. Before we gave up Bank of America, they would happily get us as many pesos as we wanted for a minimal fee, however, their exchange rate truly sucked! Like 40% below the current rate.
Moisheh, I'm sure you are right that the fee allowed has increased, but seriously, how often does anyone have to use an ATM at an OXXO, instead of a bank one? And, in the big picture, a couple of bucks more isn't bad if your bank isn't tacking on a foreign transaction fee, and you need money immediately.
We'll be hitting a Santander in Tijuana manana for a wad of cash to get us south in October.
