We use our credit cards as much as possible in Mexico, no fees, 1.5% cash back, and they are on automatic pay so all we have to do it monitor them.
We will get cash in Tijuana at an ATM in the next 2 or 3 days. We'll report back as to the actual fee, limit, and exchange rate.
