Ours is a credit union debit and there has been no issue. CFE lets you pay on line but only with Mexican cards according to their website. I always pay at a CFEmatico because I need the fiscal receipt for tax deduction. Good thing is, I can pay anywhere in the country. While we were in the U.S. and Canada I paid via online banking with Banorte but I wasn't able to get a fiscal receipt. Not that that matters just FWIW.
