Looked it up again. He took a wrong turn. Pure and simple. Maybe you need to check your facts. Called for help at the border, explained to the Mexicans what happened. Still in jail. And they have the nerve whine.
Actually - you need to look it up. The guy walked across the border that morning and got a hotel room and then walked back across the border - later he tried to cross with his truck with three fully loaded weapons and hundreds of rounds of ammo - one weapon had 30 rounds in the clip - all weapons within reach of the driver. If he was so lost how did he cross that morning - passport swiped - receipt from the hotel. Girlfriend lives in Tijuana - he visits all the time. Then he ran when law pulled him over - he knew he was in the wrong - they have video of the whole thing. Get the facts.
For me. the fact that they have an American soldier in prison, and won't release him. Is enough to keep me out. Then there is that Mexican Chopper shooting at the Border Patrol. Then there is the Mexican Gov helping illegals into the US.
For me. that's enough reason to stay away from what is basically a enemy of my country.
Not one word of this is true and there are no facts to back any of this up. Keep in mind that Terry McVeigh was also an American soldier - does that excuse his behavior? Where are the facts that a Mexican chopper shot at Border Patrol? In what way is Mexican Gov't helping immigrants cross the border and where are facts to support this idiotic statement?
Not sure WHICH Marine you are talking about. But it seems not the one I am. And you didn't see the news last week of the Mex chopper shooting at the border patrol? Look it up. Or since you aren't smart enough. Let me.

HOUSTON, Texas--Breitbart Texas has confirmed that on Thursday morning a Mexican military helicopter flew into the U.S. and shot at Border Patrol agents.
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol provided Breitbart Texas with a statement that said, "At approximately 5:45 a.m. Thursday morning, a Mexican law enforcement helicopter crossed approximately 100 yards north into Arizona nearly 8 miles southwest of the Village of San Miguel on the Tohono O'odham Indian Nation while on a law enforcement operation near the border. Two shots were fired from the helicopter but no injuries or damage to U.S. property were reported. The incident is currently under investigation."
According to a report from local media outlet KVOA, Mexican authorities reportedly apologized to the U.S. subsequent to the fired shots.
As Breitbart Texas previously reported, more than 500 armed Mexican troops or police have crossed the border and entered the U.S. over the past 10 years. U.S. Customs and Border Protection commissioner Gil Kerlikowske said that 131 people were detained as a result of the instances, which are reportedly referred to as "incursions." A total of 81 such incursions involved "verbal or physical contact."
It may be easy to label the crossing of armed Mexican authorities as ironic, given that in April, U.S. citizen and Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi was imprisoned in Mexico. Tahmooressi made a wrong turn across the border while possessing weapons that are legal in the U.S., but illegal in Mexico. He has been held in a Tijuana prison for almost three months and faces charges could keep him in Mexico for the next six to 21 years.
Good enough for you? Or maybe this.

Top Right News has confirmed that on Thursday morning, a Mexican military helicopter flew into the U.S. and shot at Border Patrol agents on the ground in Arizona.
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol provided TRN a statement that said,

Two shots were fired from the helicopter but no injuries or damage to U.S. property were reported. The incident is currently under investigation.”
According to a report from local media outlet KVOA, Mexican authorities reportedly apologized to the U.S. after the fired shots.
Apologized? Well, isn’t that special. The same country that has been imprisoning U.S. Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi for nearly three months for making a wrong turn across the border, gets off with an apology?
Also, as TRN reported last week, the DHS confirmed that an astonishing 525 armed Mexican police and soldiers have illegally crossed the American border 152 times since 2004. They were confronted 81 times by Border Patrol and other law enforcement agencies and 131 Mexican cops and soldiers were detained — ALL later released.
But our Marine rots in a filthy Tijuana jail, facing 21 year sentence for simply missing an exit.
So you don't read or watch the news, and you have the nerve to say I'm wrong? Read and learn. Don't make some one else do everything for you.
