Where is a good place to camp in Northern Utah in July

We are planning a trip to Utah in July with our young grandkids and would like a place that will be "cool' with fun things to do. does anyone have any ideas? We have a 5th wheel and would like a cam...

Living 25 miles or so south of Tucson I am not sure how you define "cool"! :-)

Would suggest Torrey, UT for Capitol Reef NP - says an average high of 80 on July 15th. Lots to do around the area. We stay at Thousand Lakes RV Park and really love it - but have not seen a lake anywhere near them!
