where to pick up Florida Turnpike from 95 south

Heading to Key Largo next week, on I 95 south. Haven't been south of Daytona in yeas. Question is, where is the best place to pick up the Floridia Turnpike southbound on that trip? Any adv...

Less traffic and the poor folks hauling scrap, landscapers,etc won't pay tolls so the turnpike isn't as likely to have a couch or mattress in the road.
