Both personal favorites of ours. We will be in a full serviced site at Whistlers this coming week. Lots of hiking trails, bike trails, and so many day trips to the tram, Athabasca falls, etc. If you like longer hikes do the valley of five lakes or a shorter hike to horseshoe lake. Plenty of wildlife all over the place....nice shopping and restaurants in town. Spend some time at the info center to get advice on the many things to do. There is also evening educational shows at the campground amphitheatre that are good to attend. Head up to pyramid lake and rent a canoe or paddle boat then have a picnic on the island. Riding stables in that area also. Mount Kidd is a very scenic place although pricey its got lots of paved trails for hiking/biking. Lots of green spaces for games for the kids.
