I suppose, but your travel world gets considerably smaller if you rule out countries where you are allowed to carry a gun as a foreigner. I can't think of any off hand. Syria maybe? Not sure.
A lot of foreigners travel to the US for vacation. None of them are allowed to carry as well.
Just sayin.
