Contact Verizon and add the Canada plan for the time you are up there. Cost is $15 per month
adding Canada for $15 a month is for voice ONLY, no data. Data costs $2 per megabyte. People have gotten caught with huge bills.nyou need to shut off data roaming when you are close to the border and shut off data altogether when you are in Canada.
