Will the bad news change my plan travel to Mexico?

Don't want to start an old debate, but lately I have been reading that crime is on the rise, especially with the cartels, more people get killed, teachers blocking roads etc. I am about to pay for ...

We have shootings in the Twin Cities every week. I still choose to live here and ride my bike through the city during the day. Keep some pesos on the side to pay "tolls" along the way Maybe in a group, you'll get the group rate.
