Unless you've winter camped in that RV previously and know for a fact the way it performs you should be at least concerned if not worried.
A typical deep cycle RV battery will only have ~60% of its capacity at 0 C. compared to 20 C.
I would be very surprised if you were able to drive to anywhere the temperature was anything close to 0 overnight.
Bear in mind that power hungry furnace has to warm a very cold trailer before it can even get to the point of merely keeping it warm
I've travelled with my own TT previously, and numerous other tagging along with us on that same trip many times. The ones who made it the entire night with heat on were definitely a small percentage of the total. In fact in several cases we had to boost vehicles that had run the TV battery dead also.
