Can anyone tell me about US 35 between Charleston WV and Dayton Ohio?

This isn't much help but, about three weeks ago I traveled that road from Dayton to Washington Court House. It was good road, smooth sailing all the way.
Obviously in the Dayton area it was a little congested, but not bad.
