14 day camping
Do they enforce the 14 day limit (after July 1) in Glacier National Park? And if so how do they track it?

Getting back to OP's original question, some National Parks are even stricter. Rocky Mountain National Park has a 7 day limit -- for the entire season of June 1 through September 30 park wide. One could stay 4 days at Moraine Park CG and 3 days at Glacier Basin...and that's it for the season. They do allow an additional 14 days between September 30 through May 31st.
