Do they enforce the 14 day limit (after July 1) in Glacier National Park? And if so how do they track it?

Walaby, I'm trying to figure out how to maximize our trip out from Florida. Am I allowed to spend 8 days on the west side and 10 days on the east side? Would that be allowed? Honestly.
