I'm looking for campgrounds/resorts in North Carolina that I haven't visited to visit in 2020. What are some North Carolina campgrounds/resorts that you've visited in the past?

Tanglewood Park at Clemmons is OK if you're in the Winston-Salem area. Some sites slope a bit. It's in a big county park. Tour historic Old Salem.
