30amp v 50amp
I want to book a campground but they only have 30amp sites avail. Isn't 30A enough to run one ac easy?

You will need to bring along a RV30A-50A long adapter cord.
Just remember that when you use the 30A-50A RV adapter all of your 120VAC circuits will be activated. You will have to be sure the second air conditioner and some of your other high wattage items to be turned off..
Otherwise you will be tripping the 30AMP Pedestal breaker...
This is a simplified diagram of of typical 50AMP RV service panel using a 30A-50A adapter. Notice the two HOT wires are jumpered together in the RV 30A-50A adapter.
