30amp v 50amp
I want to book a campground but they only have 30amp sites avail. Isn't 30A enough to run one ac easy?

30 amp is feasible but you will need to pay attention to what you are using and practice a few energy management techniques. Run water heater on LP avoid running any major appliances with A/C on
