Advice on Campgrounds near Beach - Panhandle FL

Mid Jan - late Feb. Looking for campgrounds that might have activities. Somewhere we could stay a couple weeks and move on to somewhere else. Prefer close enough to the beach to walk. We have been...

If you go to Gulf Shores (a great place) try to get into the state park. Its right off the beach, huge paved spots, all amenities, etc.
