No need for that. Put down some weed killer that does a much better job.
I do that at long stay places. I have also put some fertilizer on the grass in my area. But the grass is mowed once a week there.
Hummmm!! You have been there 4 months? If you don't like the place move.
Didn't the first month there show any of the problems you are ranting about. If so MOVE after the first month.
That is why they put wheels on RV's.
