Well, when you adapt to "the times" and advertise wifi, it should work. I understand many folks consider camping going without all the frills. You too could be in a tent and not a $30k plus TT or 5th wheel. I do generally do drive throughs of the other local CG's. Honey Bear was definitely interesting, probably would have been the better choice. Didn't like Flintlock at all. I don't quite know how folks got their TT's backed into some of those sites.
I definitely would like to try Racoon Holler some time as well. I consider $25 cheap and I've learned if it isn't a state/federal/city park, beware. It's looking like $40 is a good minimum if you expect anything to be nice. Kind of why I posted this thread. I too am trying to understand what a fair price to pay for a nice CG should be if I expect things to continue to be nice there. I think it's safe to say I will expect wifi to never work and just look for cable in case we get stuck in the rain like the last 3 outings.
