Last summer after a week of heavy rain all the gravel was washed out of our site and NONE was added back or regraded to fix the ponding issues. So when it rained again, it was a mudpit.
So it is not always you get what you pay for.
I did say there were exceptions. All "rules" are in general terms. There is nothing in life absolute, except death.
