I have to agree with morgj. State, Corp, Federal and most county parks are for us. Been to a few private parks and they just don't seem the same. Sites are closer and there are fewer trees. I don't begrudge them for doing what they do at all. Space is a commodity and they have to make a buck just as every one else. Heading to a Sportsmobile rally in Sept at a private park and am a bit apprehensive about it. But yet looking forward to it.
Recently declared 100% disabled vet, which will allow us to use military/DOD parks and am curious to see how they fare in our comparison.
I also believe that several people don't use a park to "camp", but rather to park their vehicle, position their satellite dish, never set foot outside and write rave reviews about a park.
