What do you all think of a CG that charges an amenity fee even when those amenities are not available. We are now at a CG that charged us a fee for an empty swimming pool (I know its a little early fo...

No. This is simple. Charge what you need to to cover your costs and make a fair profit. Don't screw around with "amenity fees" or "fuel surcharges" or "access fees".
If your price is acceptable I'll buy it. But if you screw me around like this, I'm going elsewhere. Period.
