I'd agree except that it is more a systemic issue than an individual cg issue. I will name one, though, just to keep you happy. KOA Newburg NY. We paid a "resort fee" to cover the cost of the bouncy balls, the pool and others. Just me and my wife, we didn't use any of it. I'm not picking on this cg it was nice and we would consider returning. Just be up front with the price. If I am going to be forced to pay a fee, don't tell me about it at the gate after we had already made reservations. Let me know when I'm making them. It's a matter of honesty. Again, if they were the only ones doing this, I just wouldn't go there. But it's pretty common.
