Nothing is wrong with Anastasis, although many of their sites are relatively small. I imagine the biggest issue is the time of year. In early Feb., chances are very very good that Anastasia will be considerably colder/cooler than Sebastian. It's in northern Fl. and it gets cold up there.
As an example of temperature differences in Fl. I noticed in the last ,day or two, the morning temp out in either Pensacola or Panama City on the Gulf, the temp. was 29 degrees, while it was in the low 70s in Ft. Lauderdale.
