We just drove through Anchor Down. Only a hand full of RV's there this time of year, so we were able to see the place with few obstructions. The rolling hills provide very nice views. The sites with the stone fireplaces are awesome. Somebody put some serious money into developing this facility. Sites are all concrete, many with stamped and stained finishes. The roads are all paved. The bath house was really nice with individual bath suites, not a dormitory style row of showers. Each bath suite has a shower, toilet and sink with solid doors and deadbolt locks. The only downside may be as noted by others, the sites are not all level. Some tilt back to front, others side to side, none really extreme, just enough to annoy someone paying a premium price. Considering all I saw, it's a very nice place and will likely try in the future.
