We took a fast trip trough back about 12 years ago and we (on I by myself) have been back about 4 times now. There is so much to see it can't be done in a short trip but you can get a good overview.
The campground at Capitol Reef is one of the prettiest in the national park systems in my opinion.
Lots of hiking and canyons to explore.
Do not take your unit on Burr Trail. The trail is okay until you get to Capitol Reef and then it is gravel and very bumpy. There is also a very steep set of switchbacks.
I'm sure you will enjoy the trip.
Have fun and be flexible. If you miss something this time you can catch it next time.
