- missourijanExplorerWe rented a couple of times form Cruise America years ago. They were fine, in one the tv didn't work. Just make sure they show you how to operate all the systems, it can be overwhelming as a "newbie". It's a great way to travel. Just like a rental car you have phone numbers in case of trouble or breakdown.
- othertonkaExplorerI have no experience with Salt Lake C-A, but in general, have them demonstrate each and every system for you and be sure they work and that you are sure you can operate each system by yourself. Next, make sure the fuel is full, because you have to return it with a full tank. I did not do that and started out with only 3/4 tank, big mistake on my part. Find out their disability policy in case you have mechanical problems, who do you call? And remember you have to clean it when you return it. Ask where do you do that. Otherwise Cruise America does a good job of renting clean vehicles.
