Any Insider Information on Memphis?
I am planning a trip to Memphis and would like to see Graceland and St Jude Hospital. After that I am open to ideas on campgrounds, places to eat and things to do while in the area.

While downtown go by the Peabody Hotel. They are known for the ducks that they keep on the roof and have a big ceremony every morning when they bring them down to the lobby to spend the day in the fountain. You can call for the time. Also go by the Rendezvous Restaurant which is downtown. They are known around the world for their dry rubbed ribs. Not my favorite but they are a big deal and it is a unique place. A trip out to Mud Island which is in the Mississippi River also used to be pretty interesting. Have fun.
