Any new rules for Federal forest boon docking?

It has been two years since I checked out my old campsite in Wyoming in the US Forest area near Encampment. I have heard there are new rules about camping with my 5th wheel in the forest but no detail...

We have great roads. Some of the gravel roads are better than the paved ones. The faster you go the bumps smooth out. I suggest you just stay in Ca.
