Only way to get there is to drive through town in Brooklyn. Trust me, you don't want to drive through Brooklyn in an RV. It would be a long bumpy, narrow street traveled adventure. Low Bridges on the Belt Parkway so that is out.
Only place close to Brooklyn is Liberty Harbor unless you what to travel to Westchester (Croton Point) or Long Island (Battle Row). Both have convenient travel by train to Manhattan (60 minutes). But its at least an additional 45-60 minute travel to Brooklyn. Nothing else in North New Jersey either.
