Only challenge for us will be the weather being that we are in mid-Michigan. I'm not sure how far we are wanting to travel but it sounds like a good idea so far. Anyone else planning on heading out for the holiday?
Mid Michigan check out Rifle River Recreation Area. They're open year round with electric hookups and heated bathroom and showers.
Also Higgins Lake. The power is on but the bathrooms are limited to pit toilets.
