Anyone biked around the Gettysburg battlefield?
Looking for any information about biking around the Gettysburg battlefield. Thinking about riding a bike from the Artillery Ridge campground.

Do it! Pack a light back pack with a snack and water. It is really cool to tour at your own leisure.
For those that cannot bike, there is a CD available at the CG for a driving tour. Just stop the CD when you are told to, or when you need to get out to take pictures or examine the monuments.
I've done both. There are monuments EVERYWHERE!
make sure to spend time in the National Cemetery as well.
