Seems like a nonstory to me. Older lady falls, EMTs come get her. What's the big deal? The EMTs would have come to get her no matter where she was. Even in her own home. No Rangers there either.

Come walk the trails of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Even when the Gov is supposed to be working. You'll hard pressed to find a Ranger, and the EMTs will be the ones to come get you. I've driven for hours and never seen a Ranger, I've walked for hours, and never seen a Ranger. No big deal.
